We like to be flexible so that our clients feel comfortable approaching us for a solution. We can pick up the construction phase as a general contractor and provide all services required for project construction (or) Take up the project in Design Build Method.
One of the strongest assets of Hallmark E&I is handling Design Build projects. In Design-Build projects, construction planning and project delivery methods run concurrently with the design process and so it helps with project completion more quickly than with traditional linear methods.
What we do: We serve as single point of contact as our in house engineering team and project managers who are registered professionals will have a detail study of your requirements for the project and work together to develop the work scope identifying long-lead items, organize smart bid packages, and prepare detailed construction schedules yields positive results, reducing change orders and potentially saving clients months of time and millions in design and construction costs.
A successful project is a result of hands-on information and meticulous planning. Pre-construction planning plays a very important part in bringing all stakeholders together and planning for project execution.
What we do: Early involvement is always the key to capture the information related to objectives of the project. We attend all design meetings, take note of requirements and make sure the objectives are clearly communicated to every member of the construction team. We ensure effective communications to ensure everybody involved are on the same page with regards to project requirements and completion.
Construction management is a skill that is required to steer the project towards the completion against the odds of schedule and budget.
What we do: With our management staff backed by decades of experience, qualifications, track records and know-how, we provide a level of confidence to clients on our construction management abilities. We work with client hired engineers to provide significant input into a project's constructability, scheduling and costs before the design is completed. The owner controls the project while our team of construction professionals handles the day-to-day construction and keeps the project on track. We provide these services either as an agent, where the client holds all the trade contracts, or on an at-risk basis, where we are responsible for all the trade contracts
Where steel is involved, so is fabrication of steel. All fabricators require shop drawings for precise cuts and modulations as per project requirement. Involving shop drawings at the preliminary stages of construction is very important as it helps to view unforeseen clashes and help with modifications to avoid increase in costs and delays in construction completion.
What we do: Whether connection details are required to be engineered or simply provide shop drawings as per owner/fabricator provided detailed construction drawings, we are flexible to do both. Our experienced detailers study the project requirement to model the structure and provide shop drawings and connection detail drawings as required. We have been part of many international prestigious projects. We use TEKLA, AutoCAD and Staad.Pro software for our modeling, analysis and shop drawings.
